I enjoyed it, looks nice and pretty in DX11. Though if its too much to handle in intense areas turn it down to DX10 (the loss in quality is almost negligible apart from motion blur).

I finished this game the day before yesterday and I must say I really enjoyed it! The atmosphere in this game is incredibly well conveyed and the game can be downright spooky at times. Graphics still look nice too, they can still hold up to titles coming out today, which is quite good considering the game was released about a year ago.

I don't know if any of you are aware, but either an expansion for or sequel to this game has been announced: Metro 2033: Last Light.
